At Wandour, we are committed to providing memorable and enjoyable travel experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with our refund and cancellation policies.

1. Booking Cancellations

a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

b. Non-Refundable Services:

Some services such as flight tickets, visa fees, or special event bookings may be non-refundable as per third-party terms. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

2. Wandour-Initiated Cancellations

If we are forced to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, low bookings), you will be entitled to:

  • A full refund or

  • An option to reschedule or receive credit for future travel.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

4. Modifications & Rescheduling

If you wish to change the date of your tour or make modifications:

  • Requests must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled departure.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. No Shows

Failure to arrive for the tour without prior notice will be treated as a “No Show”, and no refund will be provided.
